Adam McEvoy Joins Recharge Industries™ as Director, Supply Chain

Adam McEvoy has joined Scale Facilitation® as the new Director of Supply Chain. In this role, Adam will be working to identify Australian, U.S. and friendly nation supply chain partners for Scale Facilitation’s® Friend Shoring™ portfolio companies, including Recharge Industries™.


Adam has significant experience in managing supply chain, contracts, procurement, logistics, and commercial spanning industries including manufacturing, resources (maintenance, operations, capital projects, and logistics), heavy equipment, FMCG, and retail. He has successfully managed large teams, portfolios, and transformation programs.


Adam will immediately begin working with Recharge Industries™, strengthening the already existing supply chain of close to 240 supply chain partners. The supply chain partners he collates will support US operations and partners immediately and Australian operations as facilities come online.


Adam will work closely with CSIRO, FBI-CRC, Deakin, and other research partners on supply chain resilience. He will also work closely with Scale Facilitation’s® legal and trading/hedging arm out of New York to minimize price volatility on an individual contract level, company level and across Friend Shoring™ portfolio companies.

Before joining the Scale Facilitation® team, Adam was a Senior Consultant at Beach Energy Ltd and, before that, a Supply Chain Manager at Tianqi Lithium. Adam spent the bulk of his career, over 13 years, at Woodside Energy working his way up to becoming the General Manager – Commercial Logistics Transformation.


Adam has a postgraduate diploma in Management and an MBA from Edith Cowan University, majoring in Supply Chains and International Business. Adam is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
